Here are some examples of food sources that contains healthy fats, grass fed meats like beef which has a rich source of healthy fats called, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (they burn body fats and build muscles), extra virgin olive oil, (this contain the highest antioxidants), the egg yolks that come from free roaming hens (increases the good cholesterol in our body) and nuts like Almonds, Walnuts and Cashews are great too. They have a capacity to reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol.

2. Always abstain yourself from eating refined carbohydrates and refined white sugars. The good stuffs that have been “processed” out of these refined carbohydrates are all the highly beneficial nutrients that Mother Nature originally put into them. The fiber, the bran and most of the minerals and vitamins have been stripped out, leaving a white, tasteless, longer-lasting and shelf-stable product. Keep away from them.

Moving on to refined sugars, the problem with them is that all their vitamins and minerals had been removed. Refined sugars are a concentrated pure form of sugar which offers nothing other than its calories. This is in sharp contrast with unrefined sugar which include impurities, or sugars which occur naturally and are embedded in organics like fruit and vegetables, delivering lots of fiber and nutrition.
